I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in private practice serving teens and adults in Hampden County, Massachusetts.  I offer compassionate and practical psychotherapy for mental health and substance use challenges.  I believe everyone is capable of forging a healthy path in life, one in which they develop strong connections with others, take responsibility for their own growth, and set positive goals.  I love to see people develop resilience as they go through trying times in their lives, discovering strengths, supports and recovery along the way.

I have over 25 years of experience working with youth: as a teacher, crisis counselor, community based outpatient therapist, and school based counselor specializing in substance use and addiction in the family.
